Our mission is to provide not for profit organizations with skilled and experienced, development staff – at the Director or VP level – to meet immediate, temporary needs during staff transitions.

Interim Solutions, founded by Jeanne Sigler and Associates, has been meeting the temporary development staffing needs of nonprofits since 2006 – from small organizations to major institutions, including arts and culture, educational, social services and advocacy. Arlene Swartz assumed leadership of Interim Solutions in 2014 after Jeanne’s retirement. Arlene brings significant experience as a development professional along with very strong credentials as an executive recruiter and nonprofit manager.
